Eyesight is often considered our most important sense enabling us to carry on with a normal lifestyle and the purpose of extended examinations is to preserve your sight at the best level possible by detecting certain eye diseases and problems early.

Common diseases such as diabetes and glaucoma may be more common in families as well as macular degeneration and if a close relative has eye problems the extra detail provided during the Visiplan examination may be important to preserve your sight.

Both of our practices have the latest optical scanning equipment (often called OCT) and retinal cameras which enable our optometrists to examine your eye in microscopic detail with immediate results.

Terms/conditions: This is an annual plan payable by direct debit, or annual fee, with a minimum term of 12 months. (any cancellations within the 12 month period will be billed for the remaining amount due with a £35.00 administration fee).

Extra appointments will be at the discretion of the optometrist, if clinically necessary, and we will endeavor to see all patients on the scheme as quickly as possible.

We will supply full details in the practice before you join the scheme.

TWO EASY OPTIONS:

– £10.50 per month with 10% off the cost of complete glasses

–£14.50 per month with 20% off the cost of complete glasses

Our reception staff and Optometrists/ dispensing opticians will be able to answer any questions that you may have about your suitability for each appointment. Terms and conditions are available from each practice.
